现阶段博士后研究方向包括：

基于二维过渡金属硫化物异质结的光学和光电性质的研究（谷电子学、相变、场诱导载流子再分布）；

基于二维过渡金属硫化物和二维钙钛矿的发光器件的研究；

基于二维层状钙钛矿的光学和电学性质的研究

欢迎具有物理、化学、材料、和半导体光学相关背景的学生加入攻读硕士和博士学位，及具有相关背景的博士毕业生加入从事博士后研究。

We are always looking for highly motivated graduate and undergraduate students interested in laser spectroscopy, semiconductor optics, 2D materials and electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Several postdoc positions are available immediately for the following research areas:

1 Optical and optoelectronic properties of 2D TMDs based heterostructures (valleytronics, phase transition, field-induced carrier redistribution, etc.);

2 Light emitting devices based on 2D TMDs and 2D perovskite materials;

3 Optical and electronic properties of 2D layered perovskite materials.
